The Knock Cup, as its name suggests is a Knock Out Cup Competition and all teams in Divisions One and Two are entered automatically.

The winners of each round go in the hat for a draw at each round.

Teams being knocked out in the Preliminary, First and Second rounds are automatically entered into the Rose Bowl Competition.
